Sunflower Doula Epsom salt & herbal postpartum sitz bath

Fast dissolving Epsom salt w/ magnesium sulfate mixed with the a herbal blend consisting of calendula, lavender, uva ursi, red raspberry leaf and chamomile to promote reproductive health, healing and calming of the nervous system. 16oz equals approx 8 or more uses.  
Add 1/4 cup or hand full to warm bath water and soak for 15-20 mins.
